Main Responsibilities:

• To provide legal advice on all legal matters in general and prepare and review bank documentation (in particular, for corporate loans and wealth management products), procurement/service contracts and other legal documentation for Dah Sing Financial Group ("Group").
• To identify, analyse and manage legal risks and provide legal advice to the Group's management on those risks.
• To manage and liaise with external lawyers and other legal service providers.
• To provide legal support on ad hoc projects as requested.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor of Hong Kong with at least 10 years' PQE in a reputable law firm and preferably, not less than 1-year experience in the legal department of a financial institution or regulatory authority.
• Experience in handling documentation for corporate loans and wealth management products.
• Experience in advising on listing rules compliance, ISDA documentation and insurance policies/reinsurance treaties will be an advantage but is not essential.
• Ability to read and write both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to supervise fellow professionals.
