Cohen Norris Wolmer Ray Telepman Berkowitz & Cohen is seeking full-time Associate Real Estate Attorneys with at least 5 years of experience to join our well-established and growing law firm. We offer the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys, handle meaningful and challenging matters while growing within a respected and expanding firm.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts
• Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title review and risk assessment
• Assist senior attorneys on complex and high-value transactions
• Communicate directly with clients, brokers, agents, and lenders
• Manage multiple transaction files from opening through closing

Requirements

• Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently while contributing and communicating effectively as part of a team
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client service
