Job Summary Develop and manage commercial banking relationships by providing lending, deposit, and treasury service solutions to business clients. Identify new business opportunities, grow commercial loan portfolios, maintain customer relationships, and deliver financial solutions that meet client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to support loan origination, underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio management while ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities Develop and maintain commercial banking relationships with business clients. Generate new commercial loan and deposit opportunities. Achieve assigned production and portfolio growth goals. Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships. Manage a pipeline of prospects and existing client accounts. Structure commercial loan requests and recommend appropriate financial solutions. Collaborate with credit teams on underwriting, documentation, and loan approvals. Monitor portfolio performance and relationship profitability. Provide referrals for treasury, mortgage, wealth management, insurance, and other banking services. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding financial and banking needs. Participate in business development, networking, and community outreach activities. Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete required training and professional development activities.
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in commercial banking, business banking, or relationship management. Knowledge of commercial loan origination, underwriting, documentation, and treasury services. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with banking systems and business software applications. Ability to travel as required.
